The partnership project was coordinated by EK Association (ÉK Egyesület) in close cooperation with its national office, the Tempus Public Foundation in Hungary. The partnership consists of 8 partners from all over Europe, besides the coordinator institution they are as follows: Associazione Euphoria (Italy), Creative Learning Programmes (UK), Akademia SEK (Bulgaria), Best Cybernetics (Greece), Oporto Global University (UPT), Voluntary Labour Corps (Poland) and IELM (ES). The partnership of various profiles includes institutions active in the field of architecture and construction industry, language training and other educational institutions, an IT firm and a university. These partners formed working teams during the realisation of the project outputs, grouping as the Educational Team (Associazione Euphoria, IELM. CLP, UPT and VLC), the Architectural Team (EK Association and Akademia SEK) and the IT Team (Best Cybernetics, UPT and EK Association). Several collaborations and workshops took place within the project teams and via the cooperations of the working teams so that the planned materials could be assembled with the best achievable quality.
The ARCHIDICT Partnership started in September 2017 and it remains active to make regular corrections and updates on the materials, primarily on the content of the dictionary, the illustrations and the terms provided in 9 languages. Furthermore, the members of the consortium are looking forward to welcoming further partners who could take care of further translations and languages as part of ARCHIDICT.
During the project period the realisation of the outputs were also supported by the help of associated partners in each country of the partnership. These architectural institutions provided important feedback on the illustrations, the functions of the dictionary and the different language versions available within the dictionary.
The list of associated partners are the following:
- FLAT-Net Line Bt (Hungary)
- Cameronwebster Architects LLP (UK)
- Geotiber Srl (Italy)
- Arq. Pedro Pitão Freitas (Portugal)
- Grupa FOMO sp. z o.o. (Poland)
- Dipl. Eng. Yordan Boshkov (Bulgaria)
- I-CITE S.L.U. (Spain)
- Dipl. Eng. Zappis Dionisis (Greece)
Similarly to the revisions provided by the associated partners, the partnership also interviewed hundreds of people from the target group to collect their opinions about the results and their satisfaction during testing the dictionary and the quizzes.

- Transnational Project Meetings
The realisation of the project on an international level was largely helped by the transnational project meetings organised several times during the complete period of the programme. These meetings allowed the partners to make quicker decisions in many arguable questions, letting the consortium think together and solve the actual problems during meaningful debates. The meetings also provided possibilities to learn more about the culture of the host country and the institutional approaches of the hosting organisations.
